Hotel staff has always been kind, courteous, friendly and proactive in their service whether they be in the front desk area or the breakfast room. Unlike other hotels in the Madrid area, they are also all at least bi-lingual. This is very helpful. The small workout room has been nice to have available; and, we used the pool quite a bit. Beds are comfortable and they have all the amenities that we could ever need.

We stayed for 3 days and throughly enjoyed being there.
-
The hotel offers very good facilities and a modern classy style
The free wifi is very good but the available bandwidth was too low. The taxi driver had difficulty to find the hotel but this is a generic problem of the taxi in Madrid.that are fairly incompetent.
-
The rooms are clean, free wire-less internet in all rooms, helpful staff.
-
clean room - wifi in room for free - relatively quiet place
-
cleanliness
The locked glass doors separating the rooms from the communal areas of the hotel. I walked straight into one and had a headache and a bump on my head for days. Surely, it should be possible to make these doors more visible?
-
Pleasant decor and surroundings, helpful staff, comfortable rooms basic breakfast but available until 1030 each day.
Perhaps a little expensive for the hotel that it is.
-
Free Wire-less Internet in all rooms; restaurant and bar, good quality of food at reasonable price

The hotel is very close to the major motorways and easy to get to from the airport (about 20-30 min drive). The rooms are clean and the hotel has its own parking.
I stayed there during a cold spell and the heating system could not quite cope with the lack of insulation. Fortunately there was a second blanket in the wardrobe. The breakfast buffet is ok-ish but not quite what I expected for the classification of the hotel. The area around the hotel is rather unpleasant - a industrial estate with lots of car dealerships at a busy road. If you are looking for a pleasant evening stroll, look elsewhere.

Breakfast
Some of the staffmembers where not helpfull/ willing to solve a problem at first.

The room was a good size with a large bathroom. Things were basic and clean.
I had many problems accessing the wireless internet, but they at least had a computer guests could use at no charge. The address information provided on the website could be better, including giving the name proper name of the hotel, "Hotel Majadahonda." The only upside to this problem is that they are the only hotel in the area, so it is fairly easy for someone to tell you where it is.
